Our Potato Acreage Is Increasing
Top Brass is already seeing tremendous demand for our product when it becomes available and we want to be certain that we continue to meet those increasing demands. Every year we consistently increase our acreage in this segment, and this year we have done that in preparation for this season and the next season to deliver only premium produce to you, our valued customers.
We Choose To Invest In Sustainability
We realize how much our soil gives to us, and we will never waver from continuing our efforts in real investments to protect it. Our goal for the last few years was to have 75% of our field and office power generated solely from solar energy and we are almost doubling the size of our current 5 acres of solar panels to get closer to achieving that goal. We are also choosing to invest in additional bagging machines that create fully recyclable and biodegradable 3lb paper bags that will be available mid season and we anticipate the engineer to add the ability of running a 5lb paper bag as well.
2021 Potato Availability
We anticipate organic golds to begin Thursday with organic reds to follow by May 20th, organic purples by May 26th and organic russets by May 31st.
