About Us

OUR PHILOSOPHY

A Few Words About Top Brass

Since 1938 when Ted Vignolo planted his first crop on Central Californian soil, Top Brass has taken a vow to stay true to its founding philosophies. We believe in growing responsible produce that feeds the people with sustainable practices. We believe in quality over quantity, which translates to remaining a family farm and never becoming corporate. We see the value of human connection with one another, and with our produce; this is why we stand by growing produce that is only Top Brass.

All our produce is grown with a focus on food safety to ensure our products meet the highest food safety standards.

THE PROCESS

Our Approach

Our family farm spans from the base of the grapevine all the way to Tulare County, which places us in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley, where 80% of Californian table grapes and almonds are grown. This makes our soil perfect for our growing table grapes, wine grapes, almonds and potatoes. All of our produce is nurtured with hands-on attention by our dedicated growers, which results in quality produce you can trust.
